![]() ![]() The rest of the film plays out much like the first with very little difference in style or approach. If you enjoyed the first one and don't mind a heavy dose of 're-tread'-then it's surprising to me if you don't like this one. The sheriff puts together a small team to investigate the caves with an amnesiac Sarah in tow. Don't go caving for a day or two after u see it: įrom the group of cavers, and what happened to the others. Although it's important, in my opinion, to watch the first Descent for understanding some nuances Part 2 features. You can see that it was used for creating a special atmosphere and not for "hey! look how original I am!" thing.I'll recommend Part 2 to anyone. It is like the production guys were much more proud in the monsters they'v created, and again, it has nothing to do with a shallow script, which isn't the case here. The use of flashlights and stick lights colors, which was almost all the colors i've seen in the first Descent, was much more balanced here. ![]() Not bad, especially when the first "Descent" was almost all about Juno and Sarah. The creatures are much more detailed then the first title. ![]() ![]() did anyone said "Saw"? The main characters all have their own story and depth, which makes it more emotional and interesting from the first minutes of the movie all the way long. I think the script was well written, and it isn't a reason for the excessive amounts of human and creatures flesh, which is the reason for gore sometimes, hmm. ![]()
